 Priyatosh Mandal began his career in September 1997 with Tata Tinplate, where he joined as a Graduate Trainee. This phase laid the technical foundation of his career. Over nearly six years, he steadily progressed through roles including Maintenance Engineer (CRM) and Senior Engineer. During this period, he developed hands-on experience in cold rolling mill operations and maintenance—skills that would become central to his future leadership roles. 

 In March 2003, he transitioned to ABB India Ltd., marking a significant step toward leadership. Starting as a Senior Engineer, he quickly advanced to Team Leader and later Team Manager for Rolling Mill operations. This phase was defined by increasing responsibility, team management, and deeper involvement in automation and process optimization within the metals sector. 

 By October 2010, Priyatosh had moved into ABB’s Global division, joining the Global Technology Team. Here, he operated at a more strategic and international level, eventually becoming Technology Manager. This role expanded his exposure to global best practices, cutting-edge automation technologies, and cross-border collaboration—broadening both his technical and managerial perspective. 

 In May 2015, he joined SMS Group as General Manager, taking on a leadership role as Head of Cold Rolling Mill operations. This period emphasized operational excellence, large-scale project execution, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. His responsibilities included overseeing plant performance, process optimization, and client engagement in complex industrial environments. 

 From September 2018 to February 2021, Priyatosh served as General Manager at Primetals Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Notably, he was part of the Rolling Mill Development Team in Germany—an experience that underscores his global technical credibility. This role combined innovation, R&D, and strategic development in advanced rolling mill technologies. 

 In February 2021, Priyatosh Mandal transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Process Techn Solution, where he currently serves as Founder & Director. The company focuses on providing automation solutions for hot and cold rolling mills in the metals industry.

This phase represents the culmination of his career—leveraging decades of experience, global exposure, and technical leadership to deliver specialized, high-value solutions. As an entrepreneur, he is now shaping industry practices, driving innovation, and offering tailored automation services to clients.
